Life is Much More Enjoyable
by Michael
Meditation has helped me accept myself and others. It has made my life much more enjoyable.
I’m no longer stressed out by trying to compete with others or get ahead of them.
Instead, I focus on the things I enjoy and live my life according to my own path. Meditation has unlocked wisdom, conviction, and direction within me. I feel very grateful for my life, I’m calmer, and I have a clear purpose.
A Different Perspective in a Friendly Atmosphere
by Merna
Attending sessions at this place has helped me become grounded.
It has made me realize how small our issues are and that everything is a picture in our minds that does not exist in reality. As I was meditating here, I was able to learn more about myself and discard my negativity.
I am very grateful for the helper who is very kind, supportive, friendly and proficient of guiding us through meditations.
I believe this place is convenient to people of different schedules as it offers offline sessions in a wide range of working hours, in addition to online individual and group sessions.
The environment of this place is amazingly positive and it’s even better when there’s a gathering of all students where we perform beneficial activities and enjoy a very friendly atmosphere and share our experiences.

To Be More Connected with Myself
by Gaby
The moments that make us who we are, are moments of struggle.
Renée Brown defines vulnerability as "uncertainty, risk, emotional exposure."
It's that shaky feeling we have when we move beyond our comfort zone. Without vulnerability, there is no love, no belonging, no joy...
For a long time, I avoided vulnerability. I was terrified of conflict, of being hurt. I kept people at arm's length, never letting them so close that they could truly see me.
After I started meditating, the walls I'd built began to crumble. Instead of running from conflict, I stayed put, expressed myself, and risked the pain of rejection. What happened was unexpected. The more I exposed myself, the more the pain vanished. In its place, I began to feel connected to others and, more importantly, myself.
When we numb our emotions, we disconnect from ourselves.
Eight years since starting meditation, and I can say I am more connected with myself than I ever imagined and because of this I've been able to take risks, overcome challenges and reach my potential.
