We offer group and individual sessions where you can learn the way to the existent world of Truth.
Our meditation helpers have years of experience guiding others and are ready to
provide you with the whole-hearted support you need on your journey.
Class Schedule
Joining meditation has never been easier! We are opened 6 days a week with flexible hours to accomodate your schedule. Additionally, we organize monthly get together to build our community through activities.
Online Group Sessions (Winter schedule)
Sunday
10:00 AM & 07:00 PM
Monday to Friday
08:00 AM / 12:00 PM / 06:00 PM / 08:00PM
Saturday
10:00 AM & 07:00 PM
In-Person Sessions (except Fridays)
Sunday to Thursday You can book your session from 02:00 PM till 09:00 PM
* Each session is 1 hour.
* Consecutive sessions are available.
* Appointments are required for in-person sessions and individual sessions.
* The center is closed on Fridays.
