1. Relax your mind before meditating.
If you struggle to meditate perfectly, that mind to be perfect becomes an obstacle.Get your mindset comfortably and Meditate.
2. Don't pay too much attention to the surrounding environment and focus on the voice inside you. When meditating, it is better to have a quiet surroundings. However, if you pay too much attention to it, you could actually miss your inner voice.
3.Don't stop in the middle and do it steadily.
Meditation is like a exercise. If you stop your exercise in the middle, the effect decreases. As such, meditation can also be effective when done steadily without stopping in the middle.
