Anger can be controlled by recognizing it quickly when it rises.
It doesn't happen because you think, "I should be angry," but because it happens unconsciously without being aware of it, so you may not notice that you are angry. Your anger disappears as soon as you notice it. Therefore, you have to practice noticing when you're angry.
When one eliminates one’s life lived, which is the source of anger, and also discards the habits, anger does not exist. A person has anger because one has that mind.💭
